Xanax Bars Dosage

XANAX was superior to placebo in all three trials on a measure described as “the number of patients with zero panic attacks” (range, 37-83 percent met this criterion), as well as on a global score for a change. XANAX was superior to placebo in two of the three trials on a variable described as “change from baseline to the number of panic attacks per week” (range, 3.3-5.2), as well as on a phobia rating scale.
A subgroup of patients improved on XANAX in one of these trials during short-term care was extended on an open basis for up to 8 months, with no significant loss of benefit.
